Lead the EMEA SMB product and commercial strategy for Clover, driving merchant acquisition and migration, roadmap prioritisation across hardware, software and services, pricing and GTM. Align cross-functional stakeholders, enable sales and partners, measure adoption, revenue, retention, and simplify platform to accelerate Clover-led growth.

The Payment Relations Manager builds strategic partnerships with card schemes, negotiates terms, and aligns scheme initiatives with business strategy, driving compliance and operational excellence.

Provide HR business partnering and employee relations support for UK client groups (with additional support for Italy, Spain and UAE). Advise managers on employment law and policy, lead engagement and manager capability initiatives, deliver training, maintain HR data and reporting, support workforce planning, talent processes, restructures and global mobility, and collaborate with cross-functional HR and legal stakeholders to ensure compliant, consistent people practices.
