Own the end-to-end employee technology experience across Windows and macOS environments. Administer endpoint, identity, security, and ITSM platforms; troubleshoot escalated device and access issues; manage imaging, onboarding, asset lifecycle, and compliance. Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, conferencing, and telephony systems while meeting SLAs. Build documentation, self-service processes, and automation, mentor junior staff, and provide white-glove support to a globally distributed workforce.

Own UK and EU privacy operations, serving as the primary contact for regulators and advising product, engineering, sales, and legal teams. Manage data subject rights, cross-border transfer compliance, breach assessments, privacy-by-design reviews, privacy notices, and AI governance considerations. Lead DPIAs, DSARs, supervisory authority interactions, and regional compliance processes while building scalable, automated privacy systems.

Own and scale GTM enablement through structured knowledge management, an internal AI tutor application, cross-functional content operations, live training, role-based ramp, and field best-practice codification. The role also develops AI agents that improve seller productivity and Revenue Operations insight while partnering across Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Sales.
