Own and scale GTM enablement through structured knowledge management, an internal AI tutor application, cross-functional content operations, live training, role-based ramp, and field best-practice codification. The role also develops AI agents that improve seller productivity and Revenue Operations insight while partnering across Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Sales.

Build qualified sales pipeline by prospecting target accounts through email, calls, and LinkedIn; qualify inbound leads; personalize outreach; educate prospects about AI inference solutions; meet pipeline targets; collaborate with Sales and Marketing; and stay informed on AI/ML trends.

Own strategic enterprise AI customer accounts after signature, driving adoption, renewals, expansion, and long-term commercial outcomes. Partner with Account Executives on pilot scoping, success criteria, and technical-commercial discussions. Coordinate Fireworks and customer teams, translate goals into deployment milestones, identify new workloads and use cases, and communicate customer needs internally. The role requires technical credibility in AI infrastructure, strong stakeholder management, first-principles problem solving, and experience operating across enterprise constraints in EMEA.
