Senior hands-on role to design, operate, and support the global Microsoft 365 platform. Responsibilities include architecture for Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive; governance, compliance, and tenant policies; L3/L4 incident management and root cause analysis; leading tenant-to-tenant migrations; PowerShell automation, Intune endpoint management, documentation, and stakeholder leadership.

The Customer Value Lead enhances sales through value-selling excellence, developing tools, enabling teams, and delivering tailored value propositions in the lending sector.

Leads AI strategy and innovation across Finastra’s Universal Banking portfolio. Identifies and prioritizes AI opportunities, translates emerging technologies into product initiatives, validates use cases with banking customers, and drives solutions from ideation through productization and adoption. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Partners, Legal, Compliance, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver measurable commercial and customer value. Establishes responsible AI governance, risk controls, success metrics, investment recommendations, and executive visibility.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI, data, and integration capabilities across Trade and Channels. Manage full product lifecycle, define data and API requirements, identify AI/ML and automation use cases, ensure scalability and governance, drive cross-functional initiatives, support go-to-market and adoption, and provide executive reporting.

Operate day-to-day revenue accounting under IFRS 15: set up and maintain customer contracts in the ERP, prepare reconciliations and journals, support month/quarter/year close, respond to audit queries, maintain controls and records, and support process improvement and automation.

Lead discovery, design and demonstration of cloud-native, API-first lending and trade finance solutions. Influence product roadmaps, represent the company externally, and apply AI/ML, blockchain, and open banking to drive digital transformation and regulatory-compliant, sustainable finance solutions.

Lead customer success for a portfolio of corporate lending customers, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and value realization. Develop success plans, monitor customer health, manage escalations, support cloud/SaaS migrations, run executive reviews, partner with Sales/Product/Services, and provide customer insights to influence product strategy and growth.
