Supports FinTech investment banking and business development initiatives through financial valuation, due diligence, market and transaction research, and industry analysis. Engages with founders, investors, and senior finance executives; develops sell-side pitches, reports, and other market-facing materials; and assists senior bankers with business development strategy. The role is designed for recent graduates pursuing careers in FinTech advisory, M&A, private capital raising, and investment research.

Five-month investment banking internship supporting M&A, financing, and capital markets transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, company valuation, performance analysis, research, due diligence, strategic analysis, transaction documentation, and client presentation materials. Interns work alongside senior bankers under tight deadlines and may convert to a full-time Analyst program.
