Handle data protection and SAR enquiries, review and redact sensitive information, provide clear written and phone responses, assess risk and document decisions, work with colleagues for complex requests, improve processes and use privacy tools to ensure compliance with GDPR and ICO requirements.

Maintain and improve enterprise network infrastructure, own network systems and core services, troubleshoot escalated issues, support projects and change delivery, contribute to design and automation (IaC), remediate security vulnerabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance, resilience and service improvements.

The Business Information Technical Manager will lead reporting initiatives, manage a team, and optimize the use of business intelligence software while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
