Lead people and organisational change for the Modernising Redress programme. Translate design into workforce and cultural change, manage consultation and redundancy processes, perform impact analysis and transition planning, advise senior leaders, and ensure legally robust, consistent, and timely delivery across functions.

Lead design and delivery of change and adoption strategies across transformational and digital programmes. Own the change framework, engage stakeholders and leaders, drive operational readiness, enable adoption of new technologies and working practices, and support project teams and local change networks to achieve customer experience improvements.

Maintain and improve enterprise network infrastructure, own network systems and core services, troubleshoot escalated issues, support projects and change delivery, contribute to design and automation (IaC), remediate security vulnerabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance, resilience and service improvements.
