Serve as the technical authority for the ServiceNow platform: define architecture and roadmap, design and deliver scalable solutions from POC to production, review and improve proposed solutions, monitor and optimise platform performance, resolve complex platform issues, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.
