Translate product requirements into scalable architectures, establish engineering best practices, mentor junior engineers, maintain reliable services, and collaborate with product owners and architects to deliver impactful outcomes and continuous improvement.

Lead payments policy development within the Payments & Digital Assets directorate, manage policy workstreams and stakeholder relationships, oversee and develop a team, provide strategic input, and draft and deliver complex technical communications to support regulatory objectives.
