The role also manages expansion and contraction risks, collaborates cross-functionally to advance deals, and develops long-term customer partnerships with organizations of 5,000+ employees.

Build and evolve Figma’s AI-powered Dev Mode, MCP tools, Make, and agentic coding products. Lead generative AI efforts from ideation through production, develop user-facing LLM features, create evaluation sets and LLM judges, and collaborate with product, design, data, and research teams. The role also involves cross-functional product development, mentoring, and delivering high-quality, user-focused engineering solutions.
