Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales reps handling end-to-end renewals across mid-market to strategic customers. Own NRR and related KPIs, manage forecasting and pipeline quality, identify at-risk renewals, and act on expansion and retention opportunities. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to streamline quoting and approvals. Drive operational discipline, improve renewal velocity, and sponsor complex or high-value renewals.

The Senior Account Executive will lead Figma's expansion into UK government accounts, developing strategies and managing complex sales processes to establish long-term growth.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive sales and maximize revenue by managing relationships with enterprise customers, meeting sales targets, and creating strategic account plans.
