Manage a large book of existing customer accounts: handle inbound sales and billing requests, close subscription expansions and renewals, qualify inbound prospects, run outreach with Marketing, and coordinate with Support and Order Management. Role is full-time based in the London hub.

Provide employment legal advice across EMEA; draft and update employment and benefits documentation; advise on complex employee relations, investigations, restructurings and litigation; build scalable employment policies, playbooks and self‑serve tools; support international expansion and workforce scaling; manage employment litigation and coordinate external counsel; collaborate with People, Legal, accounting, procurement and communications teams.
