Provide technical customer support for the Fieldguide platform through email, phone, and chat. Troubleshoot and reproduce issues, collaborate with Engineering, guide customers through product features, support onboarding and retention, configure customer databases and templates, and maintain help documentation. The role also advocates for customer needs internally and contributes to beta feature feedback. This remote position requires working 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. GMT.

Deliver Fieldguide’s onboarding program for EMEA customers, guiding implementations from sales handoff through value realization. Build customer relationships and champions, define adoption plans, manage risks, document progress, and communicate customer needs to cross-functional Engineering, Product, Design, Enablement, and Sales teams. This founding regional role requires managing multiple customers independently while helping establish Fieldguide’s international onboarding function.

Leads Fieldguide’s EMEA financial audit function by defining audit methodology, localizing AI-powered workflows, and aligning the platform with ISA, IFRS, and regional regulatory standards. Builds relationships with standard-setters and professional bodies, supports sales demonstrations and customer implementations, advises leadership on regional priorities, resolves complex account issues, and recruits and develops the EMEA audit team.
