Teams at FIELD

Lead 2-3 greenfield battery storage (BESS) development projects through development and pre-construction. Own programmes, budgets, risk registers, and PM tools; manage planning and consenting, consultants, land agreements, design and site investigations; engage stakeholders and network operators; support construction handover and discharge pre-commencement conditions.

Prepare management accounts, month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns and GL reconciliations. Improve and automate finance processes, embed AI models in workflows, support audits, analyse revenue and cost trends, and partner with commercial teams on PO management and reporting.

Design and produce site layout plans, planning and legal drawing packages, engineering schematics and 3D models for BESS projects from origination through construction. Review consultant and contractor designs, ensure compliance with CDM regulations, support planning applications, and implement internal data management for multi-market projects (primarily GB and Germany).
