As a Junior Producer, you will coordinate logistics for events, support creative teams with feasibility and budgeting, manage vendors, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and shoots.

Lead sponsorship sales for Fever Originals and partnerships, develop and pitch sponsorship proposals, negotiate deals, manage execution and activations, monitor sponsor satisfaction, and evaluate campaign ROI while collaborating cross-functionally to grow revenue.

Lead onsite execution for medium to large-scale live events, managing onsite staff and suppliers, enforcing operational standards, resolving issues in real time, and serving as the main partner contact. Collaborate with Strategic Event Managers to translate plans into flawless execution and continuously improve processes and consistency across events.
