Teams at Fever

Manage key partners and their events for Fever, ensuring strong relationships and performance growth. Coordinate cross-functional teams, establish KPIs, track performance, provide leadership to Project Managers, and gather partner feedback for improvements.

Own growth strategy and performance across business units and international markets. Define and implement data-driven initiatives, improve key business metrics, lead high-impact projects, and collaborate with global teams. The role requires strong analytical and strategic judgment, cross-functional leadership, English fluency, and experience with the Chinese consumer ecosystem, including platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu.

Leads Fever’s UK and Ireland region, managing a team responsible for developing, launching, and operating live entertainment experiences. Owns regional P&L, growth strategy, event portfolio, performance reporting, partnerships, negotiations, team development, and market expansion. The role requires managing complex projects, building senior stakeholder relationships, auditing team performance, identifying business opportunities, and supporting scalability across markets, with potential travel.
