Lead nursery operations, early years education, safeguarding, compliance, team development, family relationships, occupancy, quality improvement, and Ofsted readiness. The role requires a Level 3 early years qualification, strong EYFS and child development knowledge, team leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high standards of care and education.

Deliver high-quality early years education following EYFS and Birth to 5 Matters. Plan and deliver engaging activities, observe and assess children’s development, build relationships with families, maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards, and collaborate with colleagues to support each child’s learning journey.

Support young children’s learning, development, wellbeing, play, and daily routines in a safe, nurturing nursery environment. Build positive relationships with children and families, collaborate with colleagues, maintain an organised setting, and encourage curiosity, confidence, and independence. No prior nursery experience is required; Fennies provides full training, mentoring, and opportunities to gain Level 2 or Level 3 early years qualifications.
