The Lunchtime Teaching Assistant supports children during mealtimes, creating a calm and nurturing environment, and promoting good eating habits.

Support children during lunchtime routines by supervising meals and play, encouraging independence, maintaining calm transitions, attending to wellbeing and emotional needs, and upholding safeguarding, health, safety and hygiene while working closely with the nursery team.

Support experienced staff to create safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments for young children. Assist with play, learning activities, daily routines, safeguarding, building relationships with families, and supporting children’s confidence, independence and wellbeing. Training and development toward early years qualifications provided.
