The Product Director will own Fastmarkets’ AI product strategy and portfolio, identifying, validating, and scaling AI-enabled products and new ventures. Responsibilities include customer discovery, market sizing, experimentation, business-case development, pricing and commercial modeling, investment recommendations, and executive communication. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Commercial, Content, and Marketing while operating AI initiatives as venture-style propositions.

Owns business analysis from discovery through delivery, including stakeholder engagement, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, backlog readiness, workshops, testing, and outcome validation. The role improves processes through AI and automation, evaluates opportunities responsibly, and supports product, business, and technology teams working with complex data and pricing platforms.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market programmes across Product, Commercial, Marketing and Analytics. Manage programme plans, governance, budgets, risks and launch readiness. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, produce executive reports, monitor commercial performance and benefits realization, and drive change management and AI-enabled process improvements to improve launch speed and outcomes.
