Build and ship full-stack growth experiments across signup, onboarding, activation, referral, and retention flows. Own features from concept through implementation, measurement, and iteration. Develop growth loops, run A/B and multivariate tests, improve performance and reliability, analyze funnel metrics, and partner with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to drive measurable outcomes.

Manage broad business operations across payments, payouts, verification, risk, fraud, compliance, and data. Investigate ambiguous operational issues, reconcile provider and internal system data, manage payment and risk-provider relationships, support money or user-safety incidents, propose controls, and document runbooks, processes, controls, and post-incident reviews. The role requires independent ownership, strong numerical accuracy, clear writing, and reliable follow-through.

Manage retention and revenue for a pooled book of 500+ creators using data-driven playbooks, automated lifecycle workflows, and targeted interventions. Build and iterate health scoring, automations, and re-engagement campaigns; monitor cohort metrics and run weekly risk and contraction reviews. Partner cross-functionally to close feedback loops and provide reactive support when issues arise.
