Build and run paid and organic channel portfolios, multi-touch attribution, P&L, experimentation infrastructure, dashboards, and cross-functional operating models. Scale growth org and drive US expansion to grow combined GMV toward a $250M+ run-rate within 12 months.

Own daily reconciliation of acquirers, banks and creator payouts across multiple currencies and providers. Run independent monitoring, validate acquirer fees against agreements, manage exceptions, map FX exposure, optimise cash, and act as Finance's second-line in Payments Risk. Deliver reconciled metrics and embed daily controls.
