Lead FairWind’s global mobility function and strategy across international markets. Own international assignments, relocations, immigration, tax, compliance, governance, reporting, and process improvement. Advise business leaders and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Resource Management teams. Manage external mobility, immigration, and tax providers while ensuring compliant, high-quality employee mobility experiences worldwide.

Manages international payroll tax and social security compliance, calculates employment costs for global assignments and commercial bids, reviews payroll calculations and reconciles costs. The role collaborates with Global Mobility, Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, and external advisors to resolve cross-border employment matters, apply local tax regimes, and support international business decisions.

Recruit and retain wind turbine technicians and other specialized technical professionals across international markets. Manage full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, hiring coordination, talent pipelines, onboarding support, candidate documentation, employer branding, recruitment reporting, and retention initiatives. Collaborate with hiring managers and resource planning teams while maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
