Teams at Faire

Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Faire’s UK organization, advising senior leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, organizational design, workforce strategy, culture, and change. Lead UK HR operations and compliance while using people insights to guide decisions. Drive global strategic HR initiatives, cross-functional projects, manager enablement, process improvements, and adoption of AI and People-tech tools.

Own and grow a portfolio of upmarket brands across Spain by prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, and driving incremental GMV. Build high-quality pipelines using data, category insights, AI tools, and market knowledge. Lead executive and operational stakeholder conversations, support brand onboarding, resolve market-specific objections, represent Faire at events, host webinars, and collaborate with marketing on messaging and lead generation.

Drive strategic outbound prospecting to engage enterprise brands, identify partnership opportunities, and generate qualified pipeline for Enterprise Account Executives. Customize outreach across calls, email, social selling, and campaigns; manage territories and account prioritization; use Salesforce and reporting tools to optimize performance; and contribute to process improvements, mentorship, and team initiatives.
