Teams at Faire

Own and grow a high-value portfolio of enterprise brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through C-suite negotiation and onboarding, using data, AI tools, and market expertise to drive wholesale GMV. Build strategic pipeline, manage DACH-specific objections and procurement processes, represent Faire at industry events, create German-language content, and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to expand enterprise business.

Prospect and qualify French-speaking brands for Faire’s wholesale platform. Develop outbound strategies through email, calls, social media, and events; build prospective customer relationships; generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives; track pipeline health using Salesforce and sales engagement tools; interpret performance data and continuously improve prospecting approaches.

Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Faire’s UK organization, advising senior leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, organizational design, workforce strategy, culture, and change. Lead UK HR operations and compliance while using people insights to guide decisions. Drive global strategic HR initiatives, cross-functional projects, manager enablement, process improvements, and adoption of AI and People-tech tools.
