Own EMEA go-to-market strategy and revenue operations in partnership with sales leadership. Responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline management, territory and account coverage, quota and incentive design, capacity planning, KPI development, dashboards, business modeling, Salesforce and GTM stack improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. The role also establishes operating cadences, diagnoses performance issues, presents recommendations to senior leaders, and uses AI to automate reporting, analysis, and deal-support work.

Resolve complex customer architecture, performance, recovery, security, and operational challenges for a developer-focused software platform. Advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams, develop diagnostic and benchmarking tools, improve automation and deployment playbooks, and collaborate cross-functionally on scalable processes and dashboards.

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead sales cycles, manage enterprise sales, collaborate with clients and teams, and drive AI tool adoption.
