As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide Level 2 support, troubleshoot F5 products, communicate with customers, and collaborate with engineering teams.

Lead and grow F5's North West EMEA sales by managing direct and channel sales teams, setting regional strategy, quotas and budgets, recruiting and developing staff, engaging enterprise customers and partners, introducing products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets. Role requires extensive travel and hands-on engagement in key deals.

Partner with the VP of Digital Sales EMEA to drive strategic sales operations initiatives. Lead cross-functional programs, deliver executive reporting and dashboards, identify AI and automation opportunities, and define the future operating model to improve seller productivity, channel collaboration, and organizational scaling.
