Manages EMEA financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, OPEX, contribution margin analysis, monthly close reporting, and financial models. Partners with Sales, Marketing, and G&A stakeholders to analyze performance, workforce planning, expenses, risks, and opportunities. Prepares executive presentations, delivers strategic recommendations, supports process improvements, and enhances reporting through Excel, BI tools, SQL, ERP systems, and dashboards.

Supports enterprise sales by providing technical expertise on F5 solutions, including presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. Acts as a trusted customer advisor, identifies technical decision-makers, validates solutions, and partners with account managers throughout the sales process. Requires knowledge of data centers, cloud, mobile and IP/MPLS networks, SD-WAN, DevOps, containers, and L3-L7 security.

Leads sales operations process improvement, complex deal support, portfolio management, and cross-functional programs. Gathers requirements, manages initiatives and backlogs, improves Salesforce and Oracle CPQ processes, drives automation and standardization, coordinates stakeholder communications, and supports adoption and change management. Partners with sales, IT, finance, accounting, customer success, and other teams to prioritize work, resolve issues, and deliver scalable operational improvements.
