Teams at F5

Leads and scales a BDR team across regional markets, managing hiring, coaching, onboarding, inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation. Partners with Marketing and Sales leadership on lead SLAs, campaigns, account-based prospecting, messaging, and sales alignment. Oversees performance metrics, sales technology usage, reporting, and process optimization across inbound and outbound motions.

Provides remote technical support for F5 products, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and security issues. Manages customer cases, escalations, communications, documentation, and knowledge-base contributions while following quality procedures. Requires experience with F5 technologies, networking, operating systems, virtualization, CRM tools, and customer-facing technical support. Work is performed on scheduled shifts and may include occasional travel.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor to support sales, present and design F5 solutions, run demos and proofs-of-concept, map opportunities, engage technical decision makers, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales targets.
