Manages a North London education centre, overseeing profitability, membership growth, daily operations, safeguarding, compliance, family experience, and team performance. Leads and develops tutors, uses KPIs and performance data to improve outcomes, builds community partnerships, supports marketing events, hosts trial sessions, and helps children progress in maths and English. The role is full-time, permanent, and requires an Enhanced DBS check and UK work eligibility.

The supervisor works closely with the Centre Manager and may progress into centre management.
