Supervise daily operations of an education centre, support the Centre Manager, and lead, coach, and develop tutors. Responsibilities include driving membership growth through community engagement and marketing events, managing revenue and staff efficiency, delivering excellent family experiences, monitoring student progress, hosting trial sessions, handling enquiries, and ensuring child safeguarding and wellbeing.

Manage HubSpot and the customer lifecycle across prospect nurturing, onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and win-back campaigns. Build segmented, automated journeys across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications; oversee CRM data quality, campaign calendars, testing, deliverability, consent compliance, and performance reporting. Partner with product, engineering, CX, and operations teams to improve integrations and the CRM roadmap while driving customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Process purchase ledger invoices, supplier payments, rent and business rate records, bank reconciliations, journals, cash flow files, and month-end accounting activities. The role also handles supplier queries, supports audits, prepares reporting, and assists the Finance Manager. Candidates should be studying AAT, CIMA, or ACCA and understand double-entry bookkeeping, accruals, prepayments, and Excel pivot tables.
