Lead Experian's global Financial Controls function to deliver an ICFR uplift, embed controls-by-design across processes and systems, leverage automation/analytics/AI, drive transformation and govern long-term controls effectiveness across finance, technology and risk stakeholders.

Plan, build and optimise CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and direct mail. Create customer journeys and messaging, manage end-to-end campaign execution, use customer insight and performance data to improve targeting and engagement, and partner with internal teams and agencies to meet brand and compliance requirements.
