Own Expedia's end-to-end loyalty messaging strategy across discovery, shopping, booking, and post-trip engagement. Define value-led messaging hierarchies, optimize member communications, and align loyalty experiences across hotels, flights, packages, cars, and activities. Partner with commercial, design, research, analytics, engineering, and loyalty teams to create scalable frameworks. Use experimentation, measurement, and safely integrated AI/ML solutions to improve comprehension, activation, personalization, and repeat bookings.

Own CRM and customer performance reporting, dashboards, measurement frameworks, and deep-dive analyses. Translate customer, campaign, and commercial data into actionable recommendations for strategic and executive decision-making. Develop KPIs, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and optimization approaches while improving data quality and reporting scalability. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, data, and business teams, and communicate complex findings through clear narratives and executive presentations.
