Own vendor performance, governance, and strategic management for a portfolio supporting Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates. Drive vendor governance, metrics, continuous improvement, automation-enabled transformation, risk mitigation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

Develop and productionize scalable machine learning systems for content understanding, search, ranking, recommendations, moderation, computer vision, and generative AI. Responsibilities include data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, optimization, batch and real-time pipelines, RAG and LLM applications, system design, observability, and cross-functional technical leadership.

Leads process transformation and partner-support improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, process mapping, future-state design, KPI development, change management, and performance monitoring. Collaborates across teams, creates agent-ready process guidance, communicates changes to stakeholders, and presents insights to executive audiences. Requires operational management experience in complex customer care environments, strong problem-solving and communication skills, KPI expertise, autonomy, adaptability, and willingness to travel.
