Lead client-facing analytics engagements for insurance clients: drive business development, manage accounts, oversee delivery of analytics use cases (claims, underwriting, marketing, actuarial), collaborate with technical teams on cloud and data solutions, build relationships with senior client stakeholders, and represent the firm in industry thought leadership.

Lead and scale an ecosystem-led revenue engine for EXL Data, Analytics & AI. Build hyperscaler and data-platform partnerships (MAG, Databricks, Snowflake), drive co-sell, joint solutions, marketplace monetization, industry-specific offerings, and embed partner-led GTM across sales, solutions, and marketing to accelerate large data and AI transformation deals.

Support design, placement and administration of ceded reinsurance programmes. Analyse large datasets to inform portfolio optimisation, renewals and risk management. Prepare submission packs, renewal documentation and management information, maintain reinsurance data/systems, liaise with brokers, underwriters and cross-functional teams, and support process improvement and automation initiatives.
