Own the UK marketing strategy for Insurance and Banking, driving brand recognition, demand generation, qualified leads, pipeline growth, and priority account nurturing. Develop industry marketing programs, coordinate globally distributed specialists, partner with executives and sales teams, measure performance and ROI, and optimize campaigns. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, stakeholder influence, data-driven decision-making, and integrating AI into marketing workflows.

Support design, placement and administration of ceded reinsurance programmes. Analyse large datasets to inform portfolio optimisation, renewals and risk management. Prepare submission packs, renewal documentation and management information, maintain reinsurance data/systems, liaise with brokers, underwriters and cross-functional teams, and support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Lead development of advanced analytics and machine learning models, create algorithms from scratch, analyze large datasets and relational databases, interpret results and recommend solutions, act as domain expert, perform manual claim selection and audit review, and generate new selection concepts/queries. May lead and manage a team.
