Support end-to-end recruitment for Technology, Data and AI roles: sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, assisting offers and onboarding, maintaining ATS and Excel trackers, and using AI tools to improve sourcing and administration.

Support design, placement and administration of ceded reinsurance programmes. Analyse large datasets to inform portfolio optimisation, renewals and risk management. Prepare submission packs, renewal documentation and management information, maintain reinsurance data/systems, liaise with brokers, underwriters and cross-functional teams, and support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Lead development and delivery of pricing strategies for credit products (revolving, instalments, cards). Use SQL and Python to build unit-level cashflow, forecasting, incrementality and attribution models, define valuation metrics (NPV, IRR), run A/B tests, automate reporting/dashboards, monitor portfolio performance and regulatory fair value, and collaborate with Credit Risk, Product, Finance and Engineering. Manage and develop a pricing team and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
