Drives demand generation and qualified pipeline through partner engagement and co-selling. Identifies and progresses opportunities, builds relationships with partner sales teams and end-user stakeholders, positions ServiceNow solutions, supports workshops and pre-sales activities, forecasts pipeline, maintains CRM data, and contributes to revenue growth and partner enablement.

Provide regional technical leadership for pre-sales and post-sales cybersecurity engagements. Support local engineers on solution design, workshops, demos, assessments, POCs, large implementations, reusable assets, and complex escalations across multiple countries.

Implement and extend Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing): develop Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows; configure CPQ items (products, price books, quote templates, rules); follow coding standards and participate in code reviews; work within CI/CD and Git workflows; collaborate with delivery partner during initial build; support UAT and production deployments and help transfer long-term ownership to internal teams.
