Partner with regional teams and XPI to collect, clean, integrate, validate, and analyze partner and customer data. Build dashboards, automate data workflows with Python, query large datasets with SQL, and enable sales/marketing with accurate, actionable datasets and training.

Provide regional technical leadership for pre-sales and post-sales cybersecurity engagements. Support local engineers on solution design, workshops, demos, assessments, POCs, large implementations, reusable assets, and complex escalations across multiple countries.

Implement and extend Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing): develop Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows; configure CPQ items (products, price books, quote templates, rules); follow coding standards and participate in code reviews; work within CI/CD and Git workflows; collaborate with delivery partner during initial build; support UAT and production deployments and help transfer long-term ownership to internal teams.

Lead end-to-end solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud CPQ across the Lead-to-Order journey. Define scalable data models, process flows, integrations (ERP, MDM/PIM), governance, and design standards. Guide delivery partners, run architecture reviews, validate fit-to-standard with stakeholders, and ensure platform sustainability for multi-country rollouts.

Translate business needs into technical solutions by collecting, cleaning, and analysing data from multiple sources; build and maintain dashboards and reports; use SQL and Python to automate data processes; ensure data quality; present findings to stakeholders and collaborate across teams to drive process improvements.
