Leads network performance across inbound and outbound operations, managing a team and driving improvements in service, compliance, analytics, and continuous improvement. Uses operational data, MI, and BI to identify performance gaps, lead reviews, create action plans, and improve accountability. Partners with senior operations, analytics, performance, and change teams on technology, infrastructure, and live performance initiatives. The role combines remote work with travel to UK sites and includes occasional Saturday cover.
