The role requires strong client communication, financial and resource planning, risk mitigation, and expertise with project management systems.

Leads end-to-end management of European new business pitches and RFI/RFP responses. Coordinates timelines, workflows, budgets, vendors, financial documents, research, quality control, messaging, and cross-functional teams. Partners with pitch leads, strategists, creatives, account teams, project management, and senior leadership to deliver accurate, compelling presentations under tight deadlines. Improves pitch processes through AI-enabled efficiencies and knowledge-sharing tools while supporting integrated work across European and US teams.

Leads global pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, and market access policy intelligence services. Manages the NAVLIN Daily team, oversees policy tracking and client delivery, translates complex developments into actionable insights, presents to biopharma clients, supports consulting and business development, and develops AI-enabled workflows and products to improve research, automation, and scalability.
