The Senior Account Manager leads the execution of integrated and digital marketing plans, develops strategies, oversees campaign projects, manages client relationships, and mentors junior team members.

Produce 4–6 daily articles on European pharmaceutical policy, pricing & reimbursement, HTA, tenders and biosimilars. Research government and payer sources, summarize policy documents, create pricing graphs from NAVLIN Data, use AI tools to boost productivity, collaborate with subject-matter experts and marketing, and support broader NAVLIN trackers and consulting work.

Lead end-to-end orchestration of European new-business pitches and RFI/RFP responses. Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams; perform client and competitor research; ensure quality and brand consistency of materials; own pitch financials; optimize pitch operations using process improvements and AI-enabled efficiencies; and coordinate with US colleagues for integrated pitches.

Lead NAVLIN policy services including daily news, MFN and global pricing trackers, client briefings, and business development. Oversee delivery, translate complex policy into actionable insights, support consulting engagements, and drive AI/analytics adoption to scale policy intelligence products and automation.

The Senior Project Manager oversees complex projects in the life sciences sector, managing timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications while mentoring team members.
