Serve as the primary business owner for International data stewardship (initial: Policy/Underwriting). Own definitions, CDEs, prioritize and validate data quality remediation, guide downstream usage, and partner with data, IT, and business stakeholders to evolve governance operating models.

Lead oversight of delegated underwriting arrangements across Lloyd's and company markets: due diligence, onboarding, governance, reporting, audits, regulatory compliance, and supporting delegated authority policy and remediation.

Serve as first point of contact for candidates and employees, handling hiring, onboarding, data management, compliance, offboarding, Workday transactions, background checks, probation tracking, and HR documentation while supporting global HR stakeholders.
