The role maintains regulatory compliance, identifies risks and errors, supports client digital tools, coordinates with operational teams, and helps deliver strong client outcomes.

Plan, build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns across the customer lifecycle using Dotdigital. Manage templates, contact data, automations, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and performance reporting. Support integrated marketing campaigns, website content updates, QA testing, and data-led recommendations in a regulated financial services environment. Collaborate with marketing and analytics stakeholders while ensuring GDPR, consent management, accuracy, and email best practices.
