Supports customers through real-time and email communications about products, services, methodology, purchases, orders, and invoicing. Identifies sales opportunities, follows up on leads, manages CRM records, contributes to knowledge-base content, and provides usability feedback and bug reports. The role also assists with online revenue, customer experience improvements, and internal projects while maintaining service standards.

Coordinate portfolio reporting, governance and dependency management across priority transformation initiatives. Provide analysis to support prioritisation, identify and escalate risks and blockers, standardise tools and ways of working, run operating cadence, and support benefits tracking and delivery performance for sponsors and programme leaders.

Leads Euromonitor’s global Solutions growth engine, owning commercial performance, go-to-market strategy, pipeline, forecasting, strategic accounts, recurring revenue, and new AI-, data-, API-, and technology-enabled offerings. The role builds scalable sales methodologies, develops high-performing teams, expands client lifetime value, and aligns Sales, Consulting, Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Technology across a global organization.
