Lead and develop a four-person People Partnering team for EMEA, act as primary HR partner to senior leaders, manage complex multi-jurisdiction employee relations, govern performance and reward programs, turn people data into actionable workforce decisions, and own HR compliance and programme delivery across the region. This is a 12-month fixed-term, London‑based, hybrid role.

Lead Juniper's lifecycle and retention strategy by building data-driven, personalised campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging. Design onboarding, retention and reactivation flows; collaborate with marketing, product and analytics; run A/B tests; optimise communications using cohort analysis and content; and track engagement and retention metrics to improve patient outcomes and long-term adherence.

Leads an engineering team delivering reliable software and growth experiments across the patient lifecycle. The role partners with Product, Marketing, and Data to translate strategy into scalable solutions, resolve technical blockers, improve engineering processes, optimize workloads, and recruit and mentor engineers. The manager will support experimentation focused on engagement, conversion, retention, revenue, and referrals while maintaining high technical and people-leadership standards.
