Own the visual direction and end-to-end production of performance creative for Weight Loss campaigns. Concept and art-direct video and static assets, plan and run shoots, direct talent, steer edits, and establish high-quality master assets for scaled variations. Collaborate with strategists, designers, and editors while delivering high-volume work quickly. Help define the studio’s visual identity and creative standards.

Owns end-to-end patient acquisition for a healthcare category, including revenue and CAC targets, budget allocation, channel strategy, creative testing, funnel optimization, experimentation, attribution, CRM nurture, and acquisition quality. Partners with media buying, CRO, analytics, proposition, brand, and retention teams to scale profitable growth and lead weekly performance reviews.

Own financial strategy and planning for Germany and AMEA expansion markets. Build models covering revenue, CAC, LTV, margins, and cash flow; lead forecasting and scenario planning; partner with growth and operations on spend, pricing, retention, and ROI decisions; develop performance dashboards; ensure accurate financial operations; and create scalable systems supporting European expansion.
