Lead and deliver human factors and ergonomics workstreams within safety-focused engineering projects: HFE design reviews, SCTA/QHRA assessments, HFI integration, client leadership, and technical guidance across high‑hazard sectors (notably oil & gas and COMAH sites).

Oversee global R2R and P2P processes, ensuring standardisation and compliance, leading improvements, managing risks, and engaging stakeholders.

The Senior Consultant will focus on heat networks and decarbonisation, leading innovative projects, conducting research, quantitative analysis, and providing clients strategic advice.
