Lead ERM's global Learning & Development function during a 12-month maternity cover, driving enterprise capability-building, AI upskilling, skills-based job architecture, learning technology modernization, governance, and measurable learning outcomes across a global, matrixed professional services organization.

Work with clients to advise on sustainability initiatives and carry out LCA and product footprinting. Perform data management, research, report writing, analysis and modelling. Translate client discussions into actionable projects and collaborate across teams.

Lead commercial strategy and major client programmes for private equity and infrastructure investors, drive business development and go-to-market plans, shape scalable ESG and climate service offerings, provide executive-ready deliverables and thought leadership, and coach teams to deliver high-impact, repeatable private markets solutions.
