Lead stakeholder engagement programmes for major infrastructure, energy, transport, renewable, and development projects. Responsibilities include developing consultation strategies, facilitating public and stakeholder activities, advising on risks, supporting planning and consent applications, managing project scope and budgets, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contributing to bids and business development, and mentoring consultants. The role requires strong knowledge of planning, consenting, EIA processes, stakeholder relations, project management, facilitation, communications, and report writing.

Lead UK growth and delivery of low carbon energy consenting services, securing and delivering EIAs and consents for renewables, hydrogen, storage, transmission and CCS. Drive business development, lead multidisciplinary teams, meet sales and billability targets, embed digital innovation in consenting, shape CPD strategy, and represent ERM externally.

Provide site-based EHS support including inspections, hazard identification, basic risk assessments, construction and workplace safety monitoring, data collection and reporting, and support implementation of safety improvements and UK regulatory compliance across client sites in London and the EMEA region.
