Teams at Ergomed

Lead business development for CRO services within assigned UK territory: create account strategies, identify new opportunities, lead proposals and presentations, coordinate with operations on bids and contracts, maintain client relationships, monitor competitors, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead HR operations across Ergomed's European region: support and coach local HR teams, manage complex employee relations and investigations, ensure compliance with European employment law, drive engagement and development initiatives, analyse regional HR metrics, and manage HR aspects of organisational change.

Serve as primary client contact for pharmacovigilance projects, define scope and objectives, plan activities and milestones, manage client expectations, prepare reporting and monthly reports to support invoicing, and ensure delivered PV services meet quality standards.
