Conducts on-site and remote monitoring (pre-study, initiation, interim, close-out) for Phase 2/3 clinical trials, ensuring site qualifications, staff training, regulatory support, and data quality. Requires travel to national sites and French-speaking regions (France, Belgium).

Lead statistical design, analysis, and interpretation for complex clinical studies (rare disease and oncology). Act as study lead across multiple trials, author and review SAPs and study reports, oversee statistical programming output (TLFs, SDTM/ADaM), mentor junior statisticians, support regulatory submissions, and represent biostatistics in cross-functional and client meetings.

Lead business development for CRO services within assigned UK territory: create account strategies, identify new opportunities, lead proposals and presentations, coordinate with operations on bids and contracts, maintain client relationships, monitor competitors, and represent the company at industry events.
