Designs global architectures spanning data centers, networking, interconnection, hybrid and multicloud environments, and partner ecosystems. Advises CIO- and CTO-level stakeholders, leads cross-functional technical teams, mentors architects, supports strategic sales outcomes, and influences product and platform direction through customer insights.

Leads regional Enterprise Customer Success Management, owning retention, renewals, commercial performance, and predictable growth. Translates global strategy into regional execution, embeds scalable customer coverage and engagement models, partners with Sales on renewals and expansion, manages high-impact customer risk, and develops a strong leadership bench. Oversees workforce planning, change management, operating-model adoption, and consistent customer success practices across the region.
