Provide buy-in and buy-out administration for Bulk Purchase Annuity clients, handle member transactions, resolve and escalate enquiries, perform and check pension calculations, produce reports, draft non-standard correspondence, and support projects while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and high-quality, timely delivery.

Lead a small Relationship Management team and own strategic Workplace Pensions client accounts to drive retention, revenue growth, and service excellence. Develop account plans, negotiate contracts, identify cross-sell opportunities, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and provide commercial leadership while collaborating with internal teams and advising clients on market developments.

Provide company secretarial advisory services to a portfolio of listed and private clients. Lead board and committee administration, AGM and shareholder processes, regulatory announcements, governance advice, annual report support, and junior staff mentoring. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Listing and AIM Rules, UK Corporate Governance Code and Market Abuse Regulations, and liaise with advisers to deliver high-quality client service.
