Researches and quotes IT hardware, software, and services opportunities while maximizing margins. Manages orders, open orders, customer portals, proposals, pricing, deal registration, CRM updates, and post-order support. Coordinates with engineering on bills of materials, resolves customer and supplier issues, develops customer and vendor relationships, expands account opportunities, and provides sales reporting.
