The Senior Business Analyst will liaise between customers and tech teams, analyze business needs, gather requirements, assist in project management, support implementation, and enhance internal products.

Responsible for software releases, infrastructure updates, managing AWS and Kubernetes, database maintenance, and system monitoring, as well as supporting client onboarding and disaster recovery.
