Lead customer experience strategy and transformation across Product, Operations, Commercial, Digital and Technology. Design and optimise end-to-end omni-channel journeys, champion the voice of the customer, drive improvements in NPS/CHI/Trustpilot, develop business cases, deliver measurable value, facilitate workshops, and monitor KPIs to inform change.

Design intuitive UX/UI solutions for mobile and responsive web within a cross-functional agile squad. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI while applying accessibility standards and the E.ON Next design system. Collaborate with product managers, engineers and researchers, participate in discovery workshops, present work to stakeholders, and support accurate implementation. 12-month fixed-term hybrid role based in London; basic DBS check required.
