Customer-facing role delivering Entrust integrations via REST APIs and SDKs. Support onboarding, troubleshoot issues, review implementations, collaborate with Sales/Support/Product, manage engagements, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.

Manage a portfolio of SME customers across EMEA to drive adoption, onboarding, retention and growth. Monitor health scores, deliver technical and strategic guidance, collaborate with Sales and Product, identify cross-sell opportunities, and act as the customer advocate to improve product and service outcomes.

Design, develop, and maintain Entrust's iOS SDK for document capture. Implement camera capabilities, on-device image processing and ML, integrate RESTful APIs, improve CI/CD and test automation, collaborate with product and design to deliver accessible, high-quality SDK features across devices.
