Teams at Entrust

Own technical relationships for strategic EMEA accounts and US technology partners. Lead complex evaluations, integrations, trials, workshops, RFPs, proofs of concept, demos, escalations, and regulatory certification demonstrations. Guide developers and architects through APIs and SDKs, support revenue retention and expansion, influence product strategy, identify product gaps, and mentor Solutions Engineers globally. Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Onboarding, Engineering, and partner teams while supporting occasional US and EMEA travel.

Analyze European digital identity, trust services, financial, and AI regulations; assess impacts on products and customers; support ETSI and UK DVS certifications; map EUDI Wallet regulatory pathways; prepare consultation responses and policy papers; monitor regulatory developments; and translate complex legal and technical requirements into actionable guidance for Product, Engineering, Sales, and go-to-market teams. Engage with regulators, policymakers, expert groups, and industry stakeholders across Europe.

Manage customer escalations from triage through resolution, coordinating Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success. Lead cross-functional meetings, communicate critical issues to business leaders, meet SLAs, prioritize work using data and commercial impact, influence product roadmaps, and improve escalation processes. The role requires strong project management, technical understanding of APIs and web applications, analytical ability, organization, empathy, and effective stakeholder communication.
