Support the implementation and operation of Entain’s enterprise Third-Party Risk Management framework and platform. Coordinate supplier due diligence, risk assessments, criticality reviews, monitoring, mitigation plans, governance escalations, resilience planning, reporting, and training. Partner with Procurement, risk SMEs, business owners, HR, Communications, and suppliers to embed consistent processes, improve automation, maintain risk visibility, and align third-party risk practices with regulatory expectations and business needs.

Leads delivery performance across 4–6 technology pods, improving flow, throughput, predictability, and outcome delivery. Coaches pod leads, manages risks and dependencies, supports capacity planning, and communicates delivery health to leadership. Champions AI-augmented software delivery, builds performance dashboards, applies Kanban and lean principles, and drives continuous improvement. Partners with Engineering and Product leadership to align priorities, optimize resources, connect delivery decisions to commercial outcomes, and strengthen agile capabilities.

Leads the AI agenda across the Commercial function, identifying, prioritizing, and implementing AI opportunities that improve commercial value, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. Owns initiatives from proof of concept through scaled adoption, establishes governance and success measures, embeds AI into business processes, and coordinates stakeholders across technology, product, marketing, finance, procurement, customer services, sports, gaming, and compliance.
