Care for greyhounds before, during, and after races: control paddock access, check dogs with the veterinarian, secure kennels, fit jackets/muzzles, verify identity and inoculation status, prepare dogs for parade, report injuries or equipment concerns to management.

Manage and coach multiple sport-specific data science leads, ensure alignment and delivery of forecasting models, plan resourcing and staffing, maintain technical standards and cross-team collaboration, escalate and resolve technical or resourcing issues, and contribute to department strategy, tooling, and hiring.

Provide confidential administrative support to four senior leaders reporting to the COO, managing complex diaries, international travel, meetings and events, expense and purchase order processing, internal communications, and ad hoc projects while ensuring policy compliance and accurate documentation.
