Lead and govern the enterprise learning product portfolio: define, prioritise, and optimise learning products that build priority skills. Align products to skills frameworks and talent systems, set product standards, manage vendor partners, ensure platform integration (LMS/LXP/skills platforms), and use data to measure impact and scale or retire offerings. Partner with People and Learning teams to enable pathways, progression, and cross-region scalability.

Provide commercial legal support across supplier, marketing, technology and licence agreements; lead on strategic deals, product launches, supplier RFPs and due diligence; advise on regulatory and contractual risks; manage pre‑litigation disputes and external counsel; mentor junior lawyers and maintain legal obligations inventory.

Lead optimization of multi‑million third‑party marketing spend by analysing suppliers, running content projects, engaging stakeholders, building supplier insights and innovation pipelines, and implementing procurement strategy.
