Leads Entain’s design function and multidisciplinary design leaders across global brands. Sets creative vision, safeguards brand standards, champions AI adoption, develops integrated static and motion design concepts, and partners with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact. The role also establishes scalable best practices and maintains high creative standards across multiple media touchpoints and brands.

Designs and maintains scalable data architectures, ETL pipelines, storage, backup, recovery, and secure data systems. Writes and optimizes SQL and Python, manages relational databases and streaming pipelines, and supports AWS-based data infrastructure. The role also involves systems integration, data security, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver data engineering projects.

Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic and transformational projects across commercial, product, and analytics functions. Develop frameworks for efficient initiative management, use data-driven insights to refine commercial strategy, align execution with long-term objectives, and translate complex performance data and market trends into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
