Design and implement security for a cloud-native B2B SaaS platform. Responsibilities include cloud and Kubernetes security, threat modeling, application and infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management, detection and incident response, security automation, and compliance assurance. The role partners with Engineering, SRE, Risk, Product, Legal, and InfoSec teams to embed secure-by-design practices, automate controls through infrastructure as code and CI/CD, and improve security metrics, detection capabilities, and regulatory readiness.

Support joiner, mover, and leaver processes; administer role-based access controls; handle internal system and tool support tickets; maintain accurate documentation and standard operating procedures; gather stakeholder requirements; evaluate tools; and identify process improvements that enhance security, efficiency, and user experience.

Own end-to-end product design across defined areas of ENSEK’s B2B SaaS platform, from discovery through delivery. Map user journeys, design scalable workflows, connect design decisions to product outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams. Contribute to design-system evolution, use AI tools to accelerate discovery and insight synthesis, mentor designers, and strengthen design standards and cross-functional delivery.
