Own reliability, SLIs/SLOs, observability, incident management, infrastructure automation, security, compliance, and cloud cost optimization. The role focuses on Kubernetes-based services, developer experience, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and enabling engineering teams to build and operate software safely and independently.

Design and implement security for a cloud-native B2B SaaS platform. Responsibilities include cloud and Kubernetes security, threat modeling, application and infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management, detection and incident response, security automation, and compliance assurance. The role partners with Engineering, SRE, Risk, Product, Legal, and InfoSec teams to embed secure-by-design practices, automate controls through infrastructure as code and CI/CD, and improve security metrics, detection capabilities, and regulatory readiness.

Own the B2B product strategy, vision, roadmap, and end-to-end customer experience for SME and large commercial energy customers. Lead onboarding, account management, billing, contracting, settlement, and retention capabilities across multiple product teams. Drive B2B migrations to Ignition, improve customer and agent experiences, and use data and AI to increase operational efficiency and support international growth.
