Design and implement security for a cloud-native B2B SaaS platform. Responsibilities include cloud and Kubernetes security, threat modeling, application and infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management, detection and incident response, security automation, and compliance assurance. The role partners with Engineering, SRE, Risk, Product, Legal, and InfoSec teams to embed secure-by-design practices, automate controls through infrastructure as code and CI/CD, and improve security metrics, detection capabilities, and regulatory readiness.

Support joiner, mover, and leaver processes; administer role-based access controls; handle internal system and tool support tickets; maintain accurate documentation and standard operating procedures; gather stakeholder requirements; evaluate tools; and identify process improvements that enhance security, efficiency, and user experience.

Own end-to-end product design across defined areas of ENSEK’s B2B SaaS platform, from discovery through delivery. Map user journeys, design scalable workflows, connect design decisions to product outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams. Contribute to design-system evolution, use AI tools to accelerate discovery and insight synthesis, mentor designers, and strengthen design standards and cross-functional delivery.

Own the B2B product strategy, vision, roadmap, and end-to-end customer experience for SME and large commercial energy customers. Lead onboarding, account management, billing, contracting, settlement, and retention capabilities across multiple product teams. Drive B2B migrations to Ignition, improve customer and agent experiences, and use data and AI to increase operational efficiency and support international growth.

Delivers customer and operational performance improvements across customer deployments and internal business units. Analyzes KPIs, workflows, and operational data; identifies root causes; leads improvement initiatives; supports governance, transformation, and stabilization; and embeds sustainable process changes. The role leads customer performance discussions, coordinates cross-functional delivery without line-management responsibility, resolves systemic risks, coaches teams on continuous improvement practices, and contributes to playbooks, standards, and platform best practices.

Serves as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, guiding platform optimization, architecture, integrations, security, reliability, and feature adoption. Conducts technical health reviews, identifies risks, troubleshoots complex integration issues, develops technical success plans, and delivers training and workshops. Acts as the technical liaison between customers and internal product, engineering, and support teams while advising on compliance, authentication, data protection, and scalable cloud architectures.

Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for ENSEK Flex across the energy flexibility ecosystem. Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, build qualified pipelines, engage senior stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and close new business. Develop strategic account plans, identify expansion opportunities, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams, and provide market intelligence to influence commercial and product strategy.

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native SaaS products using full-stack engineering practices. Drive platform modernization, API-first architecture, microservices, testing, deployment, and engineering excellence. Partner with Product and Design to solve customer problems, contribute to technical strategy, mentor engineers, and promote modern DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and automation practices.

Leads data engineering teams building scalable, governed data products and platforms. Responsibilities include overseeing architecture, ingestion pipelines, orchestration, governance, security, access control, performance optimization, and Bronze/Silver/Gold data layers. The role manages delivery of analytics-ready datasets at very large scale, coaches engineers, and partners with analytics, business, and customer stakeholders to produce actionable operational and financial insights.

Owns financial value measurement, benefits realization, avoidable demand tracking, and reporting for Customer Excellence initiatives. The role develops financial baselines, validates cost savings with customers, analyzes operational and financial data, and produces dashboards, executive summaries, and board-level reports. It partners with Customer Success, Managed Services, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to translate operational improvements into measurable financial outcomes and support ROI, governance, and continuous improvement.

Leads the design, development, and operation of reliable production systems. Drives improvements in observability, alerting, incident management, operational readiness, scalability, security, and maintainability. Supports teams during incidents, guides testing and architecture decisions, promotes learning from incidents, and mentors engineers across the organization. Partners with product teams to make customer-focused, data-informed, and cost-efficient technical decisions while advancing agile delivery practices.

Owns and improves scalable People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including HR systems, people data, reporting, compliance, payroll, benefits, employee relations, policies, and company-wide people cycles. The role partners with Finance, managers, leaders, and providers; supports complex employee relations cases; leads process and people projects; and coaches People Operations colleagues. It requires strong UK employment law knowledge, data governance, HRIS capability, and operational insight.
