Provides commercially focused legal advice for a UK carbon capture and storage project and regulated entity. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial, real estate, planning, construction, financing, regulatory, government, and intra-group agreements; supporting M&A, disputes, company secretarial matters, compliance, and document management. The role also advises CCS affiliates on English law and supports project development, operations, consenting, financing, and regulatory compliance.

Prepare daily P&L and risk reports, analyze commodity trading risk drivers, monitor limits, support new product approvals, develop forward-curve methodologies, reconcile with accounting teams, contribute to risk committees, review Endur changes, and ensure trading control compliance across LNG, power, and emissions markets.

Supports sustainability, internal and external communications, community investment, stakeholder engagement, reporting compliance, land management obligations, events, stakeholder database maintenance, invoice processing, and contractor collaboration for a carbon capture and storage infrastructure project. The role requires communication materials, administrative coordination, multi-site collaboration, and engagement with local communities across North-West England and North Wales.
