Analyze daily trading P&L, positions, risk reports, limits, and market risks for gas and other commodity desks. Support product approvals, risk committees, audits, trading procedure compliance, and Endur system changes. Enhance reporting and automate risk processes using Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, machine learning, and artificial intelligence while communicating findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Analyze business needs and translate them into cloud-native, data-oriented, and microservices solutions for energy trading and risk systems. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, testing, implementation, application transformation, process documentation, and mentoring. The role collaborates with trading, risk, finance, back-office, development, vendors, and senior stakeholders across the full application lifecycle.

Prepare daily P&L and market risk reports for oil, refined products, and biofuels trading; monitor limits, identify significant risks, and support senior management. Develop forward curve methodologies, assess new products, review Endur changes, and support month-end activities. Collaborate with traders, front office, back office, and risk committees while mentoring junior team members and contributing to automation and AI-enabled trading tools.
