Teams at English National Ballet

Prepares monthly and year-end management accounts, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial models for touring productions and projects. Partners with budget holders, provides actionable financial insight, identifies risks and opportunities, and supports statutory accounts, compliance, and Theatre Tax Relief work. The role also involves developing stakeholder relationships, maintaining high-quality outputs, and deputising for the Head of Management Accounting when required.

Supports the safe and welcoming operation of the Mulryan Centre for Dance, coordinating commercial hires, events, rehearsals, filming, meetings and conferences. Responsibilities include hire administration, risk assessment and health and safety documentation, internal resource coordination, customer and visitor support, keyholding, first aid, fire marshal duties, and stakeholder relationship management.
