Manage weekly rehearsal schedules and casting for the company, coordinate with Artistic Team and visiting creatives, maintain and securely archive scheduling and casting records, arrange appointments and payments, monitor dancer medical/absence updates, and build strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure smooth rehearsal delivery.

Coordinate and manage auditions, scheduling and logistics for the Artistic programme and My First Ballet production. Support Artistic Manager and Scheduling Manager, liaise with schools, provide pastoral care, maintain confidentiality, use in-house systems, and deliver accurate communications and documentation.

Lead the Financial Accounting function for a charity arts organisation, ensuring strong internal controls, statutory reporting, tax and payroll compliance, systems optimisation, and audit management. Manage and develop a small finance team, support financial strategy and business planning, and provide timely, accurate financial information to support budgeting and decision-making.
