Lead and grow a London-based AI & Data engineering team to build and productionise data and agentic AI platforms for trading, risk and quant workflows. Deliver scalable data pipelines, cloud-native infrastructure, vector/knowledge-store based AI solutions, governance, and front-office integrations while partnering with Traders, Quants, Risk, and Compliance to drive measurable business impact.

The Trade Operations Analyst will manage trade and cash flows in commodities and FX, ensuring accurate settlements and P&L reporting while collaborating with various teams globally.

Build and optimize data infrastructure and pipelines for large time-series market, economic and alternative datasets. Manage and enhance database environments, improve querying/storage/indexing, document standards and automation, and deliver actionable datasets and tools to support trading strategies and PnL-focused decision-making while collaborating with quants, portfolio managers and traders.
