Lead and grow a London-based AI & Data engineering team to build and productionise data and agentic AI platforms for trading, risk and quant workflows. Own data ingestion, transformation, storage, vector retrieval, AI orchestration, governance, and delivery of copilots and analytics while partnering with traders, quants, risk and compliance to ensure secure, observable, and adopted solutions.

Design, build and maintain Python-based systems, APIs and data integrations supporting Risk, Finance & Compliance. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions, implement data cleansing/transformation and visualisations, deploy to cloud/container platforms, provide technical support, and contribute to architectural improvements and projects.

The Trade Operations Analyst will manage trade and cash flows in commodities and FX, ensuring accurate settlements and P&L reporting while collaborating with various teams globally.

Own day-to-day middle office support for EU physical natural gas: produce and explain P&L, manage storage contracts and nominations, handle imbalances and balancing, manage invoicing/settlements and disputes, maintain reference data and reporting tools, and ensure strong controls and timely reporting to Trading, Finance, and Operations.
