The Sr. Subject Matter Expert collaborates across teams to deliver professional services on Clearwater's SaaS platform, focusing on client projects in Investment Accounting, GL, and reporting.

Leads enterprise sales across the EMEA insurance market, acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Builds pipeline, prospects, conducts needs assessments and product demonstrations, negotiates, closes complex SaaS deals, and manages client relationships. Collaborates with executive management, marketing, pre-sales, client services, and business development teams while developing market expertise and meeting new-business targets.

Develops fundamental software engineering skills by completing simple coding deliverables, debugging, collaborating with peers, participating in code reviews, learning the business domain, and incorporating mentorship feedback. Requires foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and basic programming in a modern language, along with strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, organization, and documentation abilities.
