Own Clearwater Analytics’ EMEA Corporate Treasury market strategy, product direction, roadmap, positioning, and commercial growth. Develop market sizing and segmentation, define treasury and regulatory requirements, prioritize capabilities with Engineering, and lead go-to-market execution with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Services. Build relationships with treasurers, banks, advisors, and industry organizations while overseeing customer health, retention, competitive displacement, win rates, and ACV growth across the EMEA installed base.

Provides technical support for employee hardware, software, printers, networks, and remote access. Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues, manages Active Directory, permissions, onboarding, offboarding, inventory, and device provisioning. Documents procedures, escalates complex issues, supports integrations, delivers user guidance, and helps improve operational quality. The role also contributes to interviews, team productivity, and adherence to IT best practices.

Owns strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Clearwater’s global insurance regulatory reporting products. The role requires deep expertise in insurance capital adequacy and regulatory frameworks, translating evolving regulations into product requirements, and partnering with engineering, clients, regulators, sales, and marketing. Responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities, managing product delivery, supporting go-to-market efforts, tracking adoption KPIs, and developing the product across US, EMEA, and APAC markets. German and English fluency and 20–25% global travel are required.
