Build and operate Encord’s cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, automation, observability, and reliability processes. Design scalable infrastructure across GCP and AWS, optimize performance and capacity for large data workloads, define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, improve incident response, and collaborate with engineering squads to promote resilient, automated DevOps practices.

Supports revenue leadership across strategy and operations, including pricing experiments, segmentation, territory design, forecasting, pipeline analytics, deal desk support, dashboards, and process development. Partners cross-functionally on launches, vertical plays, ICP refinement, executive materials, and key deals. The role acts as a strategic and operational force multiplier for the broader GTM organization.

Oversee UK office operations, including scheduling, supplies procurement, onboarding, systems setup, company events, and HR initiatives. The role supports process improvement, vendor relationships, compliance activities, office moves, event logistics, and operational projects while enhancing employee experiences in a fast-growing company.
