Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, VAT returns, employee expenses, client invoicing, billing workflows, reconciliations, month-end close, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. The role also improves finance processes, supports operational projects, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in a high-growth AI startup.

Owns complex human data and annotation programs end to end, translating machine learning requirements into workflows, standards, and instructions. Manages distributed annotator teams, task allocation, training, performance, quality, throughput, timelines, reporting, and risk. Partners with Quality, Product, and Engineering teams to establish measurable acceptance criteria, improve processes, and resolve technical edge cases for AI and robotics projects.

Design and deliver learning programs for distributed annotator workforces supporting AI data projects. Convert technical specifications into modular curricula, worked examples, assessments, and plain-language instruction. Facilitate remote cohort training, coach program managers, observe learner performance, and improve materials based on quality and throughput data. Build scalable curricula across medical imaging, document AI, LLM evaluation, robotics, and related domains while measuring ramp time, qualification, first-pass quality, and productivity.
